2020 Companies, in partnership with HP, seeks a part-time HP Retail Sales Associate to drive sales at Best Buy and nearby office-supply stores in Green Bay, WI. You will demonstrate HP products, build rapport with customers, and train store staff on HP offerings.

The role emphasizes a friendly, tech-savvy demeanor and strong customer engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining display readiness, reporting sales activity, and contributing to a positive in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics/tech/wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1 year of job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Greet customers and offer assistance; direct them to displays and assess needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence and trust.
• Accurately document and report sales; communicate activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, organized, and demo-ready.
