2020 Companies is partnering with HP to hire a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate in the Green Bay, WI area. You will demonstrate HP products, engage customers, and build rapport with store management to drive product awareness.

The role requires an outgoing, tech-savvy individual with customer service experience, available evenings/weekends. Training is provided and a weekly performance bonus is offered, with pay via standard payroll. Location includes Best Buy and nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and eager to learn.
• Comfort engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1-year job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness.
• Report and provide competitive insights.
