Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to support Waynesville, NC and surrounding areas. You will visit stores and ensure proper product placement, assemble displays, and troubleshoot promotions to boost visibility and sales.

The role is up to 20 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, with travel between stores. A driver’s license and personal vehicle are required. Benefits include paid training, PTO accrual, 401(k) with company match, and bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising/retail experience preferred.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Store visits: complete projects at major retail stores within assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.
• Scheduling: up to 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday; 8:00am to 6:00pm.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit.
