Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Part Time Retail Display Installer and Merchandiser for Newark, DE and surrounding areas. This role involves visiting major retailers, installing and maintaining displays, and reporting with photos daily.

Work up to 25 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with potential for more hours on larger regions or travel. Compensation starts at $18/hr, with higher rates for technical projects and a biweekly pay schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail displays preferred.
• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing.
• Follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Internet access and a Wi‑Fi enabled smart device.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores to complete projects within territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos for each visit.
• Travel within assigned territory; potential for more hours.
• Support higher-rate tech projects when available.
