Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s in Las Vegas is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver fast, bold food and top-notch guest service. Shifts typically run from 10am–2pm, 2–4 days per week, with weekends off.

You will help ensure a safe, clean and engaging dining area while supporting guests and the restaurant team. Responsibilities include serving guests, handling basic math transactions, and participating in cross-training across roles.

Qualifications

• Guest service or food preparation experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.
• High energy to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalating any concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs.
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.
