Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store team in the United States. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence, drive sales, and coach staff on policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will organize merchandise, oversee receipts, and maintain a clean, efficient store environment. The role requires leading by example, upselling, and embodying the Clarks Brand in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred
• Customer service excellence
• Ability to upsell and coach others

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty when Store Manager is unavailable
• Deliver consistent sales performance
• Organize store merchandise and back stock
• Oversee receipts and maintain a clean store environment
• Train and coach employees on policies and procedures
• Provide impeccable customer service
• Upsell multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate
• Uphold Clarks Brand standards
• Follow loss prevention and shrinkage procedures
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues
• Stand for extended periods, bend, climb, lift up to 50 lbs
