Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead in Ponce, Puerto Rico to lead daily store operations, motivate associates, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication and a customer-first approach.

Key duties include managing on-duty coverage, driving sales performance, merchandising, coaching staff, and upholding loss prevention policies while creating a welcoming environment. Physical duties include standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability for part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Consistently deliver positive sales performance
• Organize the store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of product
• Oversee the receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures
• Practice impeccable customer service skills
• Upsell the customer, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories
• Exemplify the Clarks Brand
• Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
