Job summary

Children’s Academy of Education and Learning is seeking a part-time Teacher Assistant to support care for children from infants to PreK. You will help supervise, maintain a safe and organized classroom, and back up teachers as needed.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at our Chattanooga location. Applicants must be 18+, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass a fingerprint background check. Prior classroom experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
• Reliable, friendly, patient, and good with kids.
• Experience in a classroom setting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and interact with the children.
