Responsibilities

• Tailor shop production: perform standard alterations (pant hems, waist/seat, rise, tapering, coat sleeves, side seams, collar) per guidelines.
• Maintain about 60 minutes of productive alteration work per hour, with time for non-tailoring tasks as needed.
• Ensure garments meet high-quality standards with clean finishes, secure stitching, even seams, and no loose threads.
• Press garments for a clean, crisp finish; keep workspace organized and tools maintained.
• Assist with inventory, tagging, and organization; share tailoring knowledge with team; support sales staff when needed.
