Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Scripps Ranch in San Diego, CA, is seeking bilingual caregivers to provide culturally sensitive support to clients and families. If you have caregiving experience you could become our part-time Tagalog Speaking Caregiver.

We offer competitive pay of $19.00 - $21.00 per hour and flexible schedules to support work-life balance while ensuring clients' needs are met.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Strong Tagalog communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation for traveling to clients’ locations.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, emotional support, and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and other personal care tasks.
• Assist with medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed.
• Maintain clients’ dignity, comfort, and well-being while delivering compassionate care.
