Responsibilities

• Manage guest transactions and promptly report disputes or irregularities to the Floor Supervisor.
• Execute currency exchanges with accuracy and follow house rules for bet payouts.
• Uphold Rivers Casino's service standards and foster guest relationships.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
