Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• 6 months of dealing experience in the last 5 years.
• Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Responsibilities

• Deal poker mechanically according to current company policies and applicable gaming regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
• Manage gaming chips, collect rake and distribute pots according to house rules.
• Notify Poker Supervisor of any irregularities or disputes during play.
• Promote Rivers Core Values and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
