Established in 2024, Little Orcas specialises in bringing safe, fun, and transformative swimming lessons directly to families in their own pools. As we grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our small, supportive team and help us make a splash!

What You'll Do
  • Conduct engaging, safe, and effective swimming lessons for young children at their private residences.
  • Create a positive, encouraging, and fun learning environment to build water confidence.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit the individual needs and personalities of each child.
  • Communicate professionally with parents, providing feedback on their child's progress.
  • Commit to a consistent schedule for the classes you are assigned, ensuring reliability for our clients.
  • Actively participate in our paid in-house training and continuous development programs.
What We\'re Looking For (Qualifications)

  • No formal coaching experience is necessary! We welcome beginners and provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Experienced coaches are also strongly encouraged to apply.
