Job summary

The City of Green River is seeking a part-time staff member to assist with instruction of patrons in the swim lessons program under direct supervision. You will interact with patrons in a courteous, professional manner and provide information about the program as requested.

This role requires a minimum age of 15 and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain; duties may include maintaining a safe, clean environment and performing related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience with swimming lessons program preferred.
• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain them.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instruction of patrons in the swim lessons program.
• Interact with patrons in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide information to patrons about the swimming lessons program as requested.
• Perform other related job duties as assigned.
