COMPENSATION AND REWARDS

• $18/hour during training and $20/hour once fully trained

REQUIREMENTS FOR SWIM INSTRUCTORS

As a swim instructor, you will teach students of all ages following the British Swim School aquatics program. No expert experience necessary; we can train you! Here’s what we do need:

• Ability to swim, ideally with knowledge of all four strokes and an appreciation for water
• Loving working with children and seeing their progress
• Upbeat attitude and readiness to have fun at work
• This is a year-round position, not seasonal
• Availability for weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday, 8:30am-2pm)
• Ability to start weekday afternoons at 3:30pm
• Reliable transportation to locations
• Current Bothell Location Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-7pm; Saturday 10:45am-3:15pm; additional hours at Lynnwood location available
