Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym is seeking an enthusiastic swim instructor to teach weekly lessons, mentor trainees, and build strong relationships with students and parents. You’ll help kids from 6 months to 12 years learn water safety, swim skills, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.

Join a team that emphasizes safety, energy, and teamwork while providing paid training and flexible evening/weekend shifts. Experience is a plus, but training is offered to new instructors.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bringing positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but not required - we provide paid training!

Pay Range

USD $11.00 - USD $14.00 /Hr.
