Job summary

Emler Swim School is seeking a part-time swim instructor to teach weekly lessons, mentor under experienced staff, and foster positive relationships with students and parents. You will promote water safety, keep the pool area safe, and remain active both in and out of the water as you guide children from six months to twelve years old.

We offer paid training, flexible evening/weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth within a fun, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but not required - paid training provided.

Pay Range

USD $12.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr.
