Job summary

British Swim School - South Orlando is seeking a part-time swim instructor to inspire kids through fun, safe lessons and steady progress in the water.

The position is year-round with weekend morning shifts (8:30am–2pm) and after-school starts at 3:30pm on weekdays. Paid training, including lifeguard certification, is provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• You need to be a swimmer and ideally understand all four strokes.
• You love working with children and seeing them progress.
• You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work.
• This is a year-round position and not a summer job.
• Be able to work weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) from 8:30am-2pm.
• Be able to start weekdays at 3:30pm.
• Reliable transportation to Hunters Creek/Kissimmee locations.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children and supervise water safety.
