Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools in Alaska is hiring swim instructors to create a safe, fun environment where kids not only learn to swim but thrive. You’ll teach life-saving water safety skills, build trust with students and parents, and be the heart of the experience in and around the pool.

Set shifts include evenings and weekends, making it ideal for students and part-timers. We provide paid training, opportunities to grow into mentors or leaders, and perks such as tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with strong communication.
• Able to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Train with an experienced mentor to learn our proven swim instruction methods
• Teaching weekly lessons and cheering on student milestones
• Creating positive, trusting relationships with students and parents
• Keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool
• Getting your steps in! This is an active, on-your-feet (and in-the-pool) role
• Teaching classes for kids of all ages, from 6 months to 12 years - every age group brings new energy!

Pay Range

USD $15.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
