Job summary

AQUAfin | An Emler Swim School is hiring swim instructors in Jacksonville, FL. You will teach weekly lessons, mentor with experienced trainers, and build positive relationships with kids and their parents while prioritizing pool safety.

No experience? No problem—paid training is provided. Set evening and weekend shifts fit student schedules, with real opportunities to grow into mentorship and leadership roles within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bringing positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but not required - we provide paid training!

Pay Range

USD $15.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
