Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Advanced knowledge in practical, theoretical and psychological aspects of competitive swimming.
• Ability to communicate effectively with swimmers and parents both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Strong written communication and ability to convey ideas to team members and parents.
• CPR for professional rescuer or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrive with enough time to implement a well-organized practice or meet warm-up.
• Help organize practice curriculum and schedules.
• Assist in preparing team entries and meet logistics.
• Maintain daily practice and attendance records.
• Maintain up-to-date roster and attendance log.
• Communicate with swimmers and parents about practice groups.
• Attend clinics or workshops as required.
• Ensure pool area is clean after meets and practices.
• Return equipment to proper storage after use.
