Job summary

Reformation is hiring in Dallas for a part-time retail role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will engage with clients, share the brand story, and educate customers on sustainability while driving store metrics.

If you enjoy a fast-paced fashion environment, you will help maintain inventory accuracy, participate in loss prevention, and uphold our brand standards. Flexible schedules include weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with a sales or retail organization or operationally intensive business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement.
• Contribute to an in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
• Deliver an elevated client experience with a brand ambassador mindset and educate on sustainability.
• Maintain high customer experience feedback and NPS scores.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and store controls.
• Support loss prevention and uphold attendance policies.
• Convey product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm.
• Share feedback to improve product and merchandising.
