Job summary

Kansas City Chiefs Stadium Services is seeking a Part-Time Post Clean Supervisor to lead temporary labor crews in post-event cleanup with a focus on recycling and waste diversion. You will work closely with the Stadium Services Supervisor to promote sustainability across stadium operations, supervise 15+ workers, and ensure efficient, safe cleanup after events.

This role requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, and prior experience in recycling or waste management.

• Experience in recycling, composting, or waste management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide cleaning crews with a focus on sustainability and waste diversion.
• Provide clear direction to labor teams of 15+ workers.
• Manage labor resources efficiently to meet sustainability goals.
• Motivate team members and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
• Enforce recycling and composting protocols to reduce landfill waste.
• Operate Utility Vehicles (UTVs) and haul trailers containing sorted waste.
• Maintain organized inventory of sustainability supplies (bags, gloves, bins, etc.).
• Accurately complete labor ticket timecards and sustainability tracking forms.
• Assist with data collection and reporting on waste diversion metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
