• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Assisting the surgeon during a variety of surgical procedures.
• Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Taking dental x-rays of excellent, diagnostic quality.
• Reviewing patient Health History to ensure it is recorded accurately and completely.
• Serving as an infection control officer, developing infection control protocol, and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after surgical treatment.
• Providing patients with post-operative instructions for oral care following surgery or other oral treatment procedures.
• Record doctor notes and vital sign information during a surgical procedure or office consultation.
• Performing office management tasks that often require the use of a personal computer.
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the surgeon during a variety of surgical procedures
• Prepares treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols
• Taking dental x-rays of excellent, diagnostic quality
• Reviewing patient Health History to ensure it is recorded accurately and completely
• Serving as an infection control officer, developing infection control protocol, and preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment
• Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after surgical treatment
• Providing patients with post-operative instructions for oral care following surgery or other oral treatment procedures, such as the placement of dental implants or extraction of third molars
• Record doctor notes and vital sign information during a surgical procedure or office consultation
• Performing office management tasks that often require the use of a personal computer
