• Recruit, develop, and retain clinical clerkship preceptors and sites for quality clinical education.
• Match students to clerkship sites and address concerns to ensure effective learning environments.
• Develop the clinical preceptors community across curriculum phases.
• Participate in assessment processes, grading, OSCE development, and mid-clerkship feedback.
