Your responsibilities will include:
Crown Lea Avenue is a peaceful, accessible bungalow supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs. The home features three bedrooms, a shared bathroom with hoist access, a large kitchen, living room, conservatory, and a beautiful shared garden with a patio and BBQ area. There's even a resident cat.
Currently, the service supports two women—one in her early 70s who enjoys shopping, cooking, puzzles, and church, and another in her early 40s who prefers a quiet atmosphere and sensory activities.

Due to the location of the service, a full UK manual driving licence is essential. Previous experience in care is helpful, but not required—we welcome those with a passion for helping others and offer full training and support.
