Job summary

Aura Health is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) in Oconomowoc, WI. You will provide supportive supervision, model positive behavior, and assist with daily living activities for residents, helping them work toward treatment goals while maintaining professional boundaries.

Responsibilities include medication monitoring, accurate documentation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport to appointments, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.

Additional Info
