Job summary

John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group in Fargo, ND, is offering a Part-Time Student - Supply Management internship. You will support supply management activities, onboarding, reporting, data analytics, and cross‑functional teams while gaining practical procurement and analytics experience.

Applicants must be enrolled as a full‑time student, majors in SCM or related fields, and able to work 16–20 hours weekly during school and 30–40 hours in summer.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Interest in supply chain operations, procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, data analytics, or business analytics.
• Must be registered as a full‑time student at a US local accredited college or university.
• Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours a week.
• Available to work during the summer semester 30 to 40 hours a week.
• Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
• Must be able to commute to the work location in Fargo, ND.

Responsibilities

• Supports Supply Management professionals in supplier management, supplier onboarding, reporting, data analytics, strategic sourcing initiatives, and supply chain operations.
• Provides hands‑on experience with suppliers, enterprise systems, supplier information, compliance documentation, and cross‑functional business teams.
• Helps maintain supplier data, support supplier governance and onboarding activities, develop reporting solutions, analyze business metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
