Position Overview

The Supervisor is an integral member of the store management team, contributing to the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence to ensure brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Creating a high-energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors to other associates, supervising, and providing consistent coaching on sales training processes to ensure the highest level of service and sales.
  2. Proactively resolving consumer concerns in line with company policy, with consumer satisfaction in mind. Partnering with the store manager on escalated consumer issues.
  3. Participating in training processes for new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policies, and other responsibilities.
  4. Partnering with store management to set expectations, coach staff, and foster an environment that encourages engagement, retention, and talent development. Delivering formal performance feedback in collaboration with store management.
  5. Efficiently handling cash, merchandise operations such as shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment systems, while maintaining standards and complying with store policies.
  6. Working with the Store Manager, Associate Manager, and Assistant Store Managers to adapt store strategies and meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily.
  7. Supervising the store team in the absence of management.
  8. Ensuring compliance with all Levi's store policies, procedures, and programs, and following directives from store management.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates enjoy multitasking in a fast-paced environment, are collaborative role models exhibiting inclusive behaviors, are self-starters with a growth mindset, and have proven retail leadership experience in supervising, coaching, and training. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions, including lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation is required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Compensation
