Supervisor Role

Supervisors contribute as an integral member of the store management team by implementing strategies and ensuring operational excellence that uphold brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

About the Role

1. Create a high-energy, compelling store experience by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate service behaviors to associates, supervising, and coaching on sales training to ensure the highest level of service and sales.
2. Proactively resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the store manager on escalated issues.
3. Participate in training new hires and current employees on LS&CO culture, product knowledge, service practices, loss prevention, store policies, and responsibilities.
4. Partner with management to set expectations, coach staff, foster engagement, and support talent retention. Deliver performance feedback in collaboration with store management.
5. Handle cash and merchandise operations efficiently, including shipment processing, floor set, markdowns, and replenishment, maintaining standards and compliance with store policies.
6. Work with the Store Manager and other leaders to adapt store strategies and meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily.
7. Supervise store team in the absence of management.
8. Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and programs, following directives from store management.
