ABM Industries seeks a Part Time Supervisor in Washington, DC to collaborate with the Area Manager and supervise night crew. You’ll support weekend projects, staffing, onsite oversight, and scheduling adjustments, staying late as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations support preferred.

• Comfortable working late evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing employees on procedures, safety, equipment and quality standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistent performance and policy adherence.
• Perform safety audits and support corrective action plans.
• Conduct routine quality inspections for service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with weekly payroll processing by verifying hours and timesheets.
• Support documentation, reporting and communication for operational and client needs.
• Track work orders, project hours and labor allocation.
• Maintain communication with Project Manager regarding site needs and staffing issues.
• Assist with responding to client requests and ensure timely follow-through.

Job description

The Part Time Supervisor will collaborate directly with the Area Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure contract requirements are met. They will work alongside the night crew, staying late as needed to provide supervision, guidance, and support. This role will assist with weekend projects, including staffing, coordination, onsite oversight, help manage schedules, staffing adjustments, and daily operational needs.

Compensation: $23/hr (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program
