The Supervisor plays a key role in the store management team, focusing on implementing strategies and ensuring operational excellence to promote brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth.

About the Role

• Creates a high-energy, engaging store environment by leading customer interactions and coaching staff to deliver exceptional service and sales.
• Resolves customer concerns in line with company policies, partnering with the store manager on escalated issues.
• Participates in training new hires and current staff on company culture, product knowledge, service standards, loss prevention, and store policies.
• Works with management to set expectations, coach staff, and foster an engaging, inclusive work environment. Provides performance feedback in collaboration with management.
• Handles all store operations, including cash handling, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishments, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Collaborates with store leadership to meet or exceed sales and performance goals daily.
• Supervises store team in the absence of management.
• Follows all store policies and directives from management.
