Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Family Studies, or related field preferred.
• BSW students may be considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervised visitation services in accordance with court orders, DCFS requirements, and Touchstone policies.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children and families.
• Observe and document parent-child interactions objectively and accurately.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate concerns and observations to the assigned supervisor.
• Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and documentation.
• Assist with other family-support services as assigned and appropriate.
