Responsibilities

• Reports to the school office when contacted to sign in and collect materials and follow the class schedule.
• Carries out a program of study prescribed in the lesson left by the classroom teacher.
• Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to student age.
• Guides learning toward curriculum goals as indicated in lesson plans for assigned lessons, units, or projects.
• Maintains a neat and orderly classroom and follows established routines.
• Maintains accurate records as required by policy and regulation.
