Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a valid NJ Substitute/CE/CEAS or Standard Teacher Certification, with a bachelor’s degree and US work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Valid NJ Substitute, CE, CEAS, or Standard Teacher Certification.
• Work authorization in the U.S.; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Delivering lesson plans and engaging students effectively.
• Managing the classroom by maintaining a positive, respectful classroom environment and handling behavior issues.
• Track student progress and provide feedback to regular teachers and school administration.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure student safety.
• Communicate effectively with fellow teachers, support staff, and administrators to enhance instructional practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth opportunities such as ongoing training and workshops.
