Responsibilities

• Reports to the school office upon arrival and performs all check-in procedures as required.
• Reviews with building staff plans and schedules to be followed during the teaching day.
• Maintains classroom routines and follows district policies.
• Teaches the lesson as prepared by the absent teacher.
• Oversees pupil behavior and reports activities at the end of the day.
• Performs all duties assigned to the absent teacher unless excused.
