Paul Robeson Charter School in Trenton, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Substitute School Nurse for the 2026-2027 school year. The role includes providing nursing care to students, overseeing health procedures, and supporting health programs in a K-8 charter setting.

The nurse will collaborate with staff, participate in PAC and 504 plan meetings, perform screenings, document services, and help families maintain good health.

Qualifications

• Certification as a School Nurse or enrolled in a School Nurse certification program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience providing health care to children in a school setting.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to communicate clearly and empathically with children and adults.
• Strong writing skills.
• Knowledge of New Jersey School Nursing statutes, regulations, procedures, and practices.
• Familiarity with the medical and psychological services available to students and families in our region.

Responsabilités
