Job summary

M3 Wake Research in Encino, CA seeks a part-time Sub-Investigator (NP/PA) to support clinical trials. The role involves performing study visits, data collection, and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, GCP, and study protocols under the supervision of the PI/Medical Director.

Responsibilities include participant eligibility screening, maintaining source documents, and coordinating with investigators. Requires Master’s degree and NP/PA licensure; phlebotomy and IV/infusion experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• At least 2 years clinical research or sub-investigator experience ideal.
• Phlebotomy training required.
• IV and infusion experience required.
• Sound knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP and ISOs.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under time constraints, work independently and with interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong computer skills in appropriate software and clinical systems.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and adheres to assigned study protocol.
• Assists trial Investigators in screening and review of potential study participants’ eligibility.
• Conducts subject visits.
• Maintains case report forms, patient charts and documentation.
• Ensures that all clinical activities comply with protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Collects and enters data as necessary.
• Reviews lab results, imaging reports, and other study-specific reports.
• Completes required protocol training.
