Job summary

Wake Research in Los Angeles is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (Sub-Investigator) to maintain trial quality and regulatory compliance. You will perform study visits, collect data, and safeguard participant health per protocol.

Requires Master’s degree and NP/PA license; 2+ years clinical research preferred, with phlebotomy and IV/infusion experience. Strong regulatory knowledge and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• At least 2 years of clinical research or sub-investigator experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy training required.
• IV and infusion experience required.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• Sound knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP and ISO.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and adheres to assigned study protocol.
• Assists investigators in screening and reviewing eligibility.
• Conducts subject visits.
• Maintains case report forms and documentation.
• Ensures activities comply with laws, regulations and SOPs.
• Collects and enters data; reviews lab results and imaging reports.
• Completes required protocol training.
