Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive selling efforts and customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will perform daily store functions including merchandising, selling, customer relations, and maintenance, emphasizing teamwork and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong English communication, fashion awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with 401K eligibility and part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language to communicate with management, customers and coworkers.
• Basic fashion and style trend knowledge and desire to work with customers in a retail setting.
• Problem-solving, analytical abilities, detail orientation, flexibility, communication, and interpersonal skills for customer service, inventory control, and store maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Display fashion/trend knowledge and satisfy customer needs by selling appropriate merchandise while maintaining DTLR standards and building relationships.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive, energetic impression to each customer and demonstrate enthusiasm for the job and company.
• Comply with all company policies.
• Embrace service training and product programs.
• Ensure visual standards are followed, restock is completed, and adequate size runs are represented per visual direction.
• Help eliminate theft by employees and customers.
• Maintain a neat and orderly sales environment and assist in keeping the store organized as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
