Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to drive selling efforts and customer relationships through outstanding service and product knowledge.

You will perform daily store tasks including merchandising, sales, restocking, and maintaining store standards, while working closely with a team to ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate has retail or customer service exposure, a strong command of English, and an interest in fashion trends.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language to communicate with management, customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Drive selling efforts and customer relationships through superior service and selling techniques.
• Perform daily store functions including product merchandising, sales, customer relations and store maintenance.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking and pricing.
• Maintain visual standards, ensure restock and adequate size runs per directions.
• Support loss prevention and keep the store organized as directed by management.
