Job summary

J.Jill is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide personalized service and styling advice while helping customers find the right products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

You will support merchandising and store operations, contribute to sales goals, and collaborate with a friendly team in a welcoming environment. Prior retail experience is helpful, with flexible weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized service and styling advice.
• Assist customers in finding products and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable shopping experience while contributing to sales goals.
• Develop a strong understanding of J.Jill merchandise to offer expert guidance and recommendations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor set execution, and participate in marketing, product processing and replenishment, markdowns and promotions, store cleanliness, and backroom organization.
• Work closely with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
• Address customer needs with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
