You will collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain brand standards while utilizing available tools for an omnichannel experience.

Formación

• 1 year sales / customer-focus experience.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week.

• Be a representative of the brand and engage with customers to learn their lifestyle, needs, and wants.
• Offer customers personalized Styling Appointments to drive brand loyalty.
• Share product knowledge and recommendations to style the customer.
• Build a customer base through personalized, relationship-based service.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience by utilizing available tools.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.
