You will support store operations, contribute to sales goals, and stay informed on latest collections and product features to help customers make confident choices.

Qualifications

• Part-time role; 16+ years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate POS systems and communicate in English.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and styling recommendations.
• Assist leadership with store initiatives and daily operations.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with Cole Haan's brand.
• Process shipments and stock replenishment to support sales floor.
