The Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio is seeking a Therapeutic Support Specialist to support classroom staff by providing break coverage and maintaining a safe, structured learning environment. You will assist with student behavioral, social, and emotional needs across the building during scheduled coverage times.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled classroom coverage to allow staff breaks and lunches.
• Maintain classroom routines and support in the absence of regular staff.
• Follow student behavior support plans and classroom procedures.
• Provide behavioral and social-emotional support to students throughout the school building.
• Assist with student transitions and engagement in academic and recreational activities.
• Report concerns to appropriate staff members and maintain student safety.
