The Communications and Outreach team in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at the University of Utah seeks a part-time student employee to support writing and content development across the enterprise. You will collaborate with team members to generate website content, email communications, news and announcements and assist in other departmental communication initiatives.

• Must be a current University of Utah student.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills.
• Interest in digital communications, public relations, marketing, journalism or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Write and develop content for the CFO's newsroom.
• Write, edit and send email communications, Microsoft Teams posts, reports and other departmental materials.
• Support the planning and maintenance of an editorial calendar to coordinate communications and content deadlines.
• Review and edit existing web copy for clarity, accuracy, readability and consistency with the university's brand guide.
• Review captions and copy for the Marketing and Outreach Specialist before posts go live on social media.
