Job summary

B/SPOKE Studios is seeking Part-Time STRENGTH Instructors who coach first, combining technical strength knowledge with authentic connection to empower clients. You will lead strength-based classes, deliver a consistent B/SPOKE experience, and contribute to a welcoming, challenging studio culture.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year teaching strength-based group fitness, CPT certification preferred, and has attended 10+ B/SPOKE STRENGTH classes in the last 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 1 year teaching strength-based group fitness.
• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA or equivalent.
• Have taken at least 10 B/SPOKE STRENGTH classes in past 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, strength-based group classes with focus on movement quality and progression.
• Deliver a consistent B/SPOKE experience in every class.
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and lead the room.
• Contribute positively to the B/SPOKE community and culture.
