Job summary

UFC GYM in Washington State is seeking a dynamic Strength Instructor to lead results-driven resistance training sessions for a diverse member base. You will plan structured classes, coach proper form, and foster a motivating, inclusive on-site environment.

Requirements include knowledge of exercise science, strong coaching presence, and prior group fitness instruction. NASM/ACE/ISSA certs and CPR/AED are preferred. Flexible scheduling and member perks offered.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles and anatomy.
• Clear cueing and ability to motivate a diverse group.
• Experience teaching strength or resistance training classes.
• Certifications in group fitness preferred (NASM/ACE/ISSA).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured strength classes with safe programming.
• Educate participants on proper lifting form and modifications.
• Welcome new participants and foster an inclusive class environment.
• Arrive early, manage equipment, and maintain studio standards.
• Promote gym programs, events, and membership perks.
