Job summary

Aéropostale is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in delivering a great customer experience and strong store results. You will help manage daily operations, train and coach associates, and maintain an energetic, customer-focused environment.

You’ll engage customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and ensure merchandising and POS processes are executed with accuracy. This role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and leadership on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a high-volume apparel store.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability to cover evenings and weekends.
• May require occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for the customer experience and team behavior.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are consistently met.
