Job summary

Aéropostale is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining visual standards. You will assist in daily operations, mentor teammates, and ensure high standards of merchandising and service.

The role emphasizes flexibility, team spirit, and ownership of tasks. You will execute supervisor duties during coverage gaps and uphold our core values in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in apparel retail or similar volume is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model to team members for the customer experience.
• Support store standards for merchandising and operations every shift.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Create a great work environment with a positive, professional attitude.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and supervise in Store Manager’s absence.
